That is the result according to Louise L. Hay and her list of physical symptoms and probable causes, found in her book "You Can Heal Your Life."
Our body is the barometer of our soul. Whatever we hold on to, refuse to let go of, suppress… not long after, the body knocks on the door saying, “Hey, here is something that you need to let go of.” When the body speaks, one must listen... Through identifying, releasing and replacing these thought patterns with new positive and empowering ones, one can achieve healing.
Ten years ago, I was laying on a hospital bed with a broken back and six Doctors were claiming that I might not be able to walk again. On a side note here, a Doctor can give you a diagnosis, yet the final prognosis is always up to YOU. My attitude was, “Ok smart-ass (referring to myself), time to prove whether you walk your talk. My ears were ringing with the words of Leo Buscaglia, “To know and not to do is not to know.” and me... Well, the decision was made and the intention was set: Time to Unload the Load.
Long story short, a few years later, while going through my coaching certification, wrapping up all the knowledge gained throughout the years, I came across Louise L. Hay, her extraordinary and precious work and her book “You Can Heal Your Life.” In my case, an accident meant rebelling against authority, my back representing the support of life, guilt, stuck in all that stuff back there and the feeling of “Get off my back.” Spot on.
Guess what the response to mass negativity and beliefs, fear and belief in statistics is. - INFLUENZA!
How about respiratory ailments? Fear of taking in life fully.

Whether it has to do with the aforementioned example or not, here’s a process that may be of great value and use to you:
Find a quiet place to sit quietly in silence. Breath… Ask yourself, “What could be the thoughts in me that created this?” Identify and acknowledge the emotions that arise. Remember, whatever that is, it is just that - energy.
No one else but you can do this, so repeat to yourself, “I am willing to release the pattern in my consciousness that has created this condition.”
Now, take the identified thought patterns / thoughts and rephrase them into new positive and supportive thought patterns. Repeat, affirm them to yourself several times.
Have faith and trust, especially in YOU and start already expressing your gratitude for the healing process you find yourself already in. An attitude for gratitude raises your frequency, thus activating your own innate healing abilities.
