Everything vibrates and every vibration has its own frequency. By exposing the mind and body to the Solfeggio frequencies, you can easily achieve a greater sense of balance and deep healing. The Solfeggio frequencies align you with the rhythms and tones that form the basis of the Universe and with this, it provides the opportunity for the body, mind and soul to restore, find balance and revitalise itself.
A bit of history...
This ancient scale is part of a 6-tone sequence of electro-magnetic frequencies called the Original Solfeggio Scale. These particular frequencies were rediscovered in the 70’s by Dr. Joseph Puleo as described in the book Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse by Dr. Leonard Horowitz. These original sounds were apparently used in Ancient Gregorian Chants, such as the great Hymn to St. John the Baptist, along with others that church authorities say were lost centuries ago. These frequencies are not something new, but indeed something very ancient. The chants and their special tones were believed to impart tremendous spiritual blessings when sung in harmony during religious masses and embody deeply spiritual and healing qualities. The 6-tone sequence were then manifested into tuning forks, names of the forks are listed on the left hand side starting with UT. The hertz are the vibration that balances your cells.

HOW TO LISTEN TO THE SOLFEGGIO FREQUENCIES
You can download them and listen to them separately or a whole. Use headphones for better results. Advised is, to listen to them as a whole (make a playlist).
As you listen, just allow yourself to relax, focus on your breathing and go into a state of calmness and just make sure that your entire space, is a space of peace. Adding your intention while listening will make them even more powerful. As you listen to the tracks and do this a lot more frequently, you may notice certain forms of physical symptoms, such as headaches, heart palpitations, increased blood pressure, back aches etc. Please note that all this particular type of symptoms are very common and natural. They eventually pass as you continue to listen to the Solfeggio Frequencies. This is part of the detoxification effect that Solfeggio Frequencies are generating through yourself. (Staying hydrated by drinking lots of water, will assist in this.)
Why the Solfeggio Frequencies do this? In a way it is basically stating that the Solfeggio Frequencies are re-kristallising our body. That through the entire Solfeggio Scale, certain portions, some of our parts are being re-kristallised and in order for them to be fully re-kritallised, the toxicity within our body, that has created stagnancy in energetic flow, must be purged all together. That is exactly the purpose of the Solfeggio Frequencies, to crystallise our body, to release any particular types of toxins and to bring enhancements, both in a physical and in energetic level.
Quick note:
I begun to grasp the effectiveness of the Solfeggio Frequencies, when I used them as one of my healing tools upon recovering from a severe back injury. Laying in bed and listening to six doctors saying that I might never walk again, was one of my greatest wake up calls. I decided there and then that I would never again rely onto any medication. The Solfeggio Frequencies played one of the major roles in my rehabilitation.
